The annual Dancejathre is on November 21 and 22

Dancejathre, an annual dance extravaganza hosted by Shambhavi School of Dance, is on November 21 and 22, Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Kumara Krupa Road, Bengaluru, 10 a.m.- 9 p.m.
The festival is a celebration of multitude of art forms, a platform for the experts and the uninitiated, the new and the old. It will have an array of competitions, workshops, performances, stalls, and exhibitions- all under a single roof.
On November 21, there will be Bharatanatyam by Tandava Group, Bangalore, Kuchipudi by Vyjayanthi Kashi & Group, Bangalore, Kathak by Shama Bhate & Group, Pune.
There will be group dance competitions open to dance institutions, schools, colleges and corporates. There will also be solo dance competitions in the junior category.
There will be workshops on Kathak by Shama Bhate, Pune, Mohiniattam by Usha Datar, Insight into Dance Fitness by Lokesh Naik, Fun with Konnakkol by Somashekar Jois, Beyond the frontiers of tradition by Ramya Ramnarayan, USA, and a Contemporary Dance Workshop by Madhu Nataraj.
On November 22, there will be Koodiyattam by Kutiyattam Kendra, Thrissur, Bharatanatyam by Vaibhav Arekar & Group, Mumbai and Manipuri by Jagoi Marup & Group, Imphal. There will also be solo dance competitions in junior and senior category.
There will be workshops on Dance and Theatre - relationship and reciprocity by Vidhya Subramaniam, USA, Manipuri by Jagoi Marup, Imphal, Bharatanatyam by Vaibhav Arekar, Mumbai, Make up by Ramakrishna, Mizhavu & Kutiyattam by Kutiyattam Kendra, Thrissur, Zumba Fitness by Rohit Saud.
